In brief, Dr. Shaheen E Lakhan is a biochemist and medical scientist. He administers a host of projects in bioethics, biotechnology, emergency management, global philanthropy, proteomics, and psychiatry -- to name a few disciplines. Dr. Lakhan underwent extensive didactic and research based training, completing undergraduate and graduated programs in biochemistry, education, medicine, proteomics, and several interdisciplinary fields.
